Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional maid services. Here are just a few that we hear daily.

Yes, we’re very happy to call round to talk through your cleaning requirements face-to-face if you wish, with no obligation whatsoever. But if you’re too busy to meet up, that’s fine too, and we can easily talk through your needs over the phone if you prefer. In any event, once you decide to use our services, our selected team member will arrange to meet with you on their first visit to get to know you and take your instructions.

All our team members have to provide us with comprehensive references from their former employers, which we check out in detail. Many of our team members also have CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) certification, and they are all happy for our customers to carry out police checks on them if required.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the standard of work, please let us know as soon as you notice there’s a problem. We’ll either work with the team member to ensure their performance lives up to your expectations, or allocate a different team member to clean your house if required.

Yes, of course! Wherever possible (subject to staff availability) we will arrange for our team member to clean your house at the time and on the day which suits you best. Once your time and day are confirmed, we will always endeavour to stick to the same day and time each week, so you know when we’re coming. And we’ll always let you know in advance if we need to change your cleaning schedule.

Yes, wherever possible we will ensure that the same team member comes to clean your house on each visit. That way, you can get to know them and they can better understand your specific requirements. However, on rare occasions (e.g. due to staff illness or holidays) it may be necessary to send a different team member – we’ll always let you know in advance if this is the case.
